Prepare your device
You'll need to reset your device before your trade-in. The process is secure and easy. Asurion will send detailed instructions in your trade-in kit.
No postage? No problem.
Asurion will send you all the packaging you need to mail your phone. Including postage! Once your phone is received, your trade-in will be processed. You should get your bill credit in about 1-2 billing cycles.
