What’s the News? Starting today, Cricket is taking another bold step toward enhancing the customer experience by giving customers with an eligible Android device the chance to try Cricket’s easy, high-quality service on our powerful nationwide network with the tryCricket app.  Android customers who sign up will receive a pSIM (physical SIM chip) via mail that allows them to try Cricket service for 14 days at no cost or commitment.  

This is an enhancement to the tryCricket app experience. People with an eSIM capable Apple device were given access to the tryCricket app in November 2022.  
 
Now all customers with an unlocked compatible phone will be able to experience Cricket’s easy, high-quality service on our  nationwide network with a 14-day free trial.

How does it work? Consumers can click here to have a physical SIM card mailed to activate the tryCricket app. tryCricket customers will receive a temporary phone number with 3GB of data with unlimited talk and text during the trial period.
